Founded in 2001, Fed Finance specializes in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.

For the past 10 years in Montreal, Groupe Fed has brought together 12 specialized recruitment firms along with two additional brands dedicated to interim management and recruiter delegation. Each firm operates independently, focusing exclusively on its own profession or sector of activity.

Your Missions, with the support of a Team Leader, will be:

- Develop your own client portfolio: like an entrepreneur, you manage the entire commercial relationship-from prospecting to meetings, from negotiation to long-term loyalty.
- Act as a solutions provider: as an expert in your field, you advise both candidates and clients to ensure recruitment missions are carried out effectively.
- Create positive experiences: bring a smile to our candidates and clients by successfully aligning their respective expectations.
- Source and interview specialized candidates: understand their career goals and position them with our francophone and anglophone clients.

The Profile We're Looking For

- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong rigor and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A strong taste for challenges and a constant drive for self-improvement.
