My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Senior Accountant for a construction company located in Longueuil.
Role within the company :
Accounts payable management: Follow up invoices and accounting payments
and record cash receipts.
Communication with suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers on
accounts payable management.
Accounts receivable follow-up: Invoice production, follow-up on
pending payments and respond to billing requests from
internal/external.
Credit card reconciliation: Process and ensure verification and follow-up of the company's
credit card accounts.
Bank reconciliation: Perform weekly cash receipts reconciliations.
Preparation and issue of payments: Issue payments to suppliers within
deadlines while ensuring accuracy of transactions.
File organization: Maintain filing of various
documents related to accounting for monthly TLs.
Payroll management: Accumulate employee hours and activate payroll.
Skills required:
DEP in accounting
5 years' experience in a similar accounting and/or administrative support role.
Knowledge of accounting standards
