I am looking for a project accountant in the construction industry for a temporary one-month assignment. The position offers the possibility of hybrid working.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, your tasks will include:
* Accounting for and recording supplier invoices
* Responding to calls and emails from suppliers
* Preparing payments
* Checking supplier account statements
* Managing receipts and cancellations
* Being able to process more than 100 invoices per week
* Managing 4 to 8 projects simultaneously
* Assisting at month-end
* Performing 3-way matching and coding
What we are looking for:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience
* Experience in the construction industry
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Comfortable with a paperless environment
