We are currently seeking a Project Accountant in the construction industry.
The position offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Account for and record supplier invoices
* Answer supplier calls and emails
* Prepare payments
* Verify supplier statements
* Manage releases and denunciations
* Process over 100 invoices per week
* Manage 4 to 8 projects simultaneously
* Assist with month-end closing
* Perform 3-way match and coding
What we're looking for:
* Professional accounting diploma
* Minimum 3 years of experience
* Experience in the construction sector
* Strong organizational skills
* Team player
* Comfortable working in a paperless environment
