Mission

I am looking for a Payroll and Accounting Coordinator for a company in the Terrebonne area.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the full payroll cycle for employees across Canada
-Processing payroll on a weekly and/or biweekly basis
-Making government remittances (DAS)
-Maintaining employee records and ensuring information is kept up to date
-Participate in payroll management across multiple provinces
-Support accounting activities (accounts payable/receivable, payroll-related journal entries)
-Generate various payroll-related reports and analyses
-Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data accuracy
-Contribute to the improvement of internal processes
-Other related tasks

Your profile

Qualifications:
-Relevant experience in accounting and payroll
-Experience managing multi-province payroll
-Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
-Bilingualism required (French and English)

What we offer:
