My name is Romane, I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I'm looking for a Program Financial Controller for my client in the aeronautics sector. This is a permanent position in Longueuil.
* Act as a financial partner to the parts, maintenance, and service teams.
* Support program management teams with accurate and decision-oriented financial analyses.
* Prepare and consolidate financial results (monthly, forecasts, long-term plans).
* Lead weekly engine repair cost reviews with technical teams.
* Contribute to the implementation of processes for the start-up of a new maintenance workshop.
* Develop and implement financial policies tailored to the specific needs of the program.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus on finance or accounting.
* CPA designation in hand.
* Bilingual (French/English), both verbal and written, for communicating with English-speaking audiences.
* Experience in financial control or FP&A analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or technical context.
* Curious, resourceful, and autonomous - you enjoy understanding the "why" behind the numbers.
* Ability to explain financial issues in simple terms, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency with financial tools (Excel, SAP, etc.).
