Your Responsibilities:
Contribute to defining and implementing the financial strategy in collaboration with senior management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and present them to decision-making bodies for several group entities.
Prepare the annual financial statements of various affiliated companies, including limited partnerships.
Coordinate the annual audit file for external auditors and manage communications related to interim audit work.
Draft and submit regulatory disclosures to the financial markets authority and banking institutions.
Participate in the budgeting process and perform monthly variance analyses.
Prepare invoicing for a consulting services division.
Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Oversee cash management and optimize liquidity.
Administer payroll and employee benefits.
Prepare corporate tax returns for the entire group.
Provide support to the advisory team on specific client engagements.

Your Profile:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
CPA designation
Experience in an accounting firm or within the financial services sector
Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
Budgeting experience
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, Canadian taxation, and regulatory requirements
Strong bilingualism (English and French)
Familiarity with Caseware, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, and iFirm
Knowledge of the Nethris payroll system is an asset
