My name is Romane, I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for a Financial Analyst for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Pie, with a hybrid model.

 Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts (ABL), including short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
 Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, taking into account operational needs, investments, and financial obligations.
 Actively participate in the monthly closing, in collaboration with the accounting team.
 Review and validate bank reconciliations.
 Contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial statements, in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
 Analyze revenue KPIs and follow up with the sales department.
 Produce clear and relevant financial reports for management and stakeholders.
 Participate in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
 Collaborate closely with other departments (sales, customer service, operations, procurement, etc.) to support strategic decisions.  Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and propose concrete and innovative solutions.
 Contribute to the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support financial and operational management.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An accounting designation (CPA in progress or completed) is considered an asset.
2 to 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent proficiency in Excel, accounting tools, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
