I'm Fiona, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an FP&A Analyst for my client, a company in the Real Estate sector. This is a permanent hybrid position.
Duties:
-Gather financial information required for business performance analysis
-Prepare monthly presentations of financial results to internal and external customers
-Actively participate in the annual budget process and financial projections
-Identify and propose process improvements based on identified optimization opportunities
-Manage treasury operations for portfolios and identified partners
Prepare monthly reports (statistics, cash flow, inter-company reports, etc.)
-Planning and execution of external audits
-Consolidate financial reports on an annual basis
Qualifications required:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA/CFA an asset)
-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
-Any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered
-Advanced Excel skills
-Knowledge of Hopem and/or Yardi software (an asset)
-Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
-Bilingualism, both oral and written (communication with customers in Ontario and British Columbia)
