My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for a Compensation and Benefits Advisor for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

- Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring fairness, compliance, and market competitiveness.
- Manage group insurance, retirement, and bonus programs, including supplier relations.
- Advise managers on salary decisions (hiring, promotions, reviews).
- Analyze compensation data and produce strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate annual cycles: performance, salary review, and total compensation.

- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Solid understanding of the Canadian legal framework and salary analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced Excel).
- Rigorous, discreet, and strong advisory skills.
- Bilingual in French/English (advanced).

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Director.
