I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Chief Real Estate Accountant for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.
- Supervise the accountants responsible for preparing the portfolio's financial statements
- Supervise the integration of new sites into the management perimeter
- Gather and validate the financial information required for the proper management of operations
- Coordinate monthly closings to meet established deadlines
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable tax standards
- Maintain strong working relationships with the various stakeholders
- Support and accompany the professional development of your team members
- Manage recruitment processes and ongoing training
- Plan and allocate tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met
- University degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in accounting, ideally with managerial responsibilities
- Proven skills in work planning and organization
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of specialized accounting tools (a plus)
- Very good command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
