My name is Romane, I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance positions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an Assistant Controller for my client, an electrical contractor. This is a permanent, on-site position in Candiac.
You are responsible for ensuring the consistency and reliability of the accounting, analytical, and financial information that you report to management.
You will participate in and ensure the proper execution of the following tasks:
* Maintaining general accounting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting documents
* Collaborating with the payroll and HR teams
* Monthly company reporting (analytical, financial, environmental)
* Analyzing and monitoring results
* Preparing and monitoring budgets
* Improving company processes in accordance with the group's internal control rules.
* You have a degree in accounting and a CPA designation.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm.
* Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
PROCESS: First interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Consultant, followed by the Human Resources Manager.
