MissionI am looking for an accounting technician for a distribution company in Laval.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Performing bank and accounts receivable reconciliations.
-Analyzing discrepancies, resolving billing issues, and following up on accounts.
-Assisting the accounts receivable supervisor with daily and monthly operations.
- Prepare account statements, reports, adjustments, and credit documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and collaborate with sales representatives, the warehouse, and various departments.
- Perform data entry and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Your Profile:
-At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
-Knowledge of SAP (a plus).
-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with English-speaking clients.
-Team player with strong communication skills.
