My name is Fiona, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for a specialized distribution company located in Boucherville.
Responsibilities:
* Record daily receipts in the system
* Search for supporting documents for receipts on various customer portals
* Process credit card payments
* Perform credit checks
* If necessary, release orders blocked in the system.
* Process deductions from customer accounts
* Collect on overdue accounts
* Keep customer data up to date in our databases
* Participate in the month-end and year-end accounting processes
Profile:
* College diploma in accounting or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years in accounts receivable.
* Experience in manufacturing/distribution (an asset).
* Bilingualism (spoken and written English and French), given our Canadian and American entities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with an integrated system (SAP, an asset).
