My name is Fiona, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for a accounts payable specialist for a manufacturing company. This is a permanent hybrid position in Candiac.
Responsibilities:
- Make various purchases and follow up on them
- Record the receipt of goods
- Perform accounting for the purchasing/supplier cycle
- Record customer deposits
- Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
- Prepare payroll summaries
- Prepare daily production summaries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Concept Caméléon accounting software (an asset)
- Functional English (English-speaking suppliers)
PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the finance director.
