I am looking for an accounts payable specialist for a company in the insurance industry.
Your tasks will include:
-Processing electronic payments and checks to suppliers.
-Responding to internal and external questions related to accounts payable.
-Following up on unpaid balances and reconciling statements.
-Verifying expenses on the company Visa card and performing monthly reconciliations.
-Suggesting improvements to simplify processes.
Your profile:
-3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable
-Bilingual in French and English to communicate with suppliers and customers across Canada
-Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains (an asset)
-Independent and proactive
