I'm looking for an accounts payables clerk for my client, a major international distribution group. This is a 6-month hybrid temporary position, with a good chance of becoming permanent.
Job description:
Payables
Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the clerk is responsible for the processing and follow-up of accounts payable, including :
- Reconciling invoices with purchase orders
- Verify approval and coding of invoices
- Enter invoices into the accounting system
- Verification of account statements
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices and the accounting system
Profile:
- DEC in accounting
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in accounting
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Bilingual
- Analytical
- Multi-currency experience
