Your responsabilities :
Having a strong interest and an excellent understanding of how the administrative cycle works, they will have direct contact with the rest of the Media Finance team on a regular basis.
* Data entry related to supplier invoices received
* Extraction and analysis of certain reports related to supplier invoices
* Teamwork with the various stakeholders of Media Finance
Your profile :
* Bilingual because the candidate will work with Ontario and Quebec offices
* Proficiency in Excel
* work on accounts payable data entry (invoicing) or billing, as needed within the organization.
* Attention to detail and rigor
* Proficiency in administrative software
* Team spirit
