MissionI am seeking an accounting technician for a manufacturing company located in Terrebonne.
Under the supervision of the controller, your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the invoicing process and processing incoming payments
-Monitoring accounts receivable and assisting with collection activities
-Setting up customer accounts and assessing creditworthiness during account openings
-Perform account reconciliations and record financial transactions
-Assist in the preparation and filing of periodic tax returns (GST/QST)
-Prepare management reports and contribute to financial analyses
-Provide operational support to the accounting team with day-to-day tasks
-Other related duties
What we’re looking for:
-Diploma in Accounting or equivalent training
-3 to 5 years of relevant experience
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to collaborate as part of a team
