My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an accounting technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a temporary position in a hybrid format.
- Analyze and verify balance sheet accounts, accounting entries, and monthly closings.
- Track payroll, assets, and leases.
- Perform reconciliations and identify errors or discrepancies.
- Work on general ledger accounts and support financial analyses.
- Produce reports and analyses using Excel (advanced functions).
- DEC in accounting or equivalent training.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a month-end context.
- Excellent command of Excel (advanced functions).
- Rigorous, analytical mind, and attention to detail.
- No English required.
