I am looking for an accounting technician for our client in the distribution field. This post is located in Rivière-Des-Prairies in Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
* Perform the first part of payroll
* Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
* Enter invoices into the systems
* Enter supplier payments (payment by check, bank transfer)
* Prepare expense reports and reconciliations with credit cards
* Customer credit investigation
* All other accounting tasks.
Experience and skills:
* DEP in accounting
* Experience with payroll and accounts receivable/payable
* Good knowledge of Quebec laws
