Join FCC’s Portfolio Construction team, where you’ll support the design, monitoring, and communication of FCC’s lending portfolios. Working closely with senior leaders and subject-matter experts, you’ll help develop portfolio construction materials, lifecycle management processes, and executive-ready presentations and speaking notes.
This role offers exposure to how strategy, risk appetite, and capital deployment come together at an enterprise level. Success in this role calls for strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex concepts into concise, decision-ready materials.
What you'll do
- Support portfolio construction activities across the portfolio lifecycle, including analysis, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
- Develop presentations and executive-level speaking notes to support governance discussions and senior leadership forums
- Assist in building and documenting portfolio construction and lifecycle management processes, frameworks, and tools
- Prepare summaries, briefing materials, and visualizations that translate complex portfolio concepts into clear insights
- Support ad hoc portfolio analysis and initiatives related to risk, growth, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with partners across finance, risk, and business lines to support portfolio-related initiatives

What you'll need
- Enrolment in a degree program in business, finance, economics, commerce, analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience developing presentations is an asset
- Interest in portfolio management, risk, strategy, or financial analysis
- Experience analyzing or synthesizing financial or operational data is an asset
