What you’ll do:

• Lead, prioritize and assign work for product enhancements that turn big ideas into real, working solutions
• Guide stakeholders and negotiate priorities to ensure the right problems are being solved
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure delivery of high-impact features
• Perform demos of new or changing functionality to stakeholders, bringing clarity and excitement to innovation
• Provide feedback to enhance future product features with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset
• Collaborate closely with product teams and other stakeholders to keep development grounded in real-world agricultural needs

What you’ll need:

• An undergraduate degree in agriculture, business, or computer science, and at least eight years of experience in a financial institution or agricultural setting (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• A deep understanding of Canadian agriculture and the challenges producers face
• Familiarity with farm accounting - maybe even a ledger or two
• Product owner certification is an asset
