How you’ll make an impact

Leverage your expertise in requirements management, user story development, and business analysis to deliver solutions that enable organizational change, working in FCC’s AWS data warehouse.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate with business partners and Agile teams to enhance and simplify business processes, guide decision-making, and implement solutions across complex technical and business domains for the Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) process.

In this role, you'll bring a data‑driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills to drive improvement and business value in a collaborative Agile environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support the ACL process from start to finish

  • Triage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories and requirements

  • Support backlog prioritization, process automation and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule

  • Uncover business needs through analysis and inquiry, beyond initial stakeholder requests.

  • Facilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations, fostering alignment and continuous improvement

  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs while adapting to change

  • Ensure high quality of development and solutions prior to product increment release

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, Finance or a related field

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or product analysis

  • Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts

  • Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and writing user stories

  • In-depth knowledge of FCC data warehouses, including AWS

  • Ability to coach and mentor others on the team

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building queries in AWS RedShift

  • Familiarity with Agile principles

  • Previous experience with ACL

  • Previous experience with SAS

  • Leadership (formal or informal)

  • Lending business knowledge
