As a seasoned professional, you’ll assist in the definition, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the tools and technologies that support our learning ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in developing and deploying the technology, tools, and processes that facilitate scalable, customized, and high-impact learning throughout the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze business needs, conduct research, and partner with others to identify and propose elements of a modern and meaningful learning technology ecosystem that enables data-driven learning experiences
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and learner experience methodologies to support advanced learning strategies, including partnering with the business on projects to test new solutions and advance our learning and development offering to serve business outcomes and people development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate tools, platforms and processes are established to deliver high-impact learning solutions that drive business objectives
- Conduct systematic analysis and comprehensive needs assessments utilizing human-centered design principles

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, human resources management or business administration and at least six years of experience in learning and development design, delivery and/or strategy (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven track record of implementing transformative learning strategies, experiences, systems and technology
- In-depth knowledge of emerging organizational learning and development methods, including development of learner experiences, leveraging technology and impact evaluation
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
