Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$105,145 - $142,255Risk, governance and communication expertise required:Join a team of risk-management professionals responsible for risk reporting and policy management at FCC. You’ll identify best practices and use existing intelligence to draw conclusions and generate insights, providing stakeholders with options on what actions to take and advising them on the possible outcomes of those actions.
What you’ll do:
- Develop leading-edge policy and reporting practices
- Effectively challenge policies, frameworks, standards and processes
- Provide insight to senior leaders and the Board of Directors through risk reporting
- Provide advice to cross functional teams related to risk reporting and policy management

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or commerce and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A professional designation in risk management or governance is an asset
- Experience managing risk in a financial institution and/or experience developing and managing policies
- Sound judgment and solid decision-making abilities
