Expertise managing software delivery in an Agile environment needed
Lead a high performing software delivery team that produces the building blocks for other software delivery teams. You’ll be instrumental in creating a product vision that enables our objectives, our stakeholders and FCC’s strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain high performance, engaged and empowered software delivery teams

  • Mentor, coach and manage team performance, helping team members achieve their objectives, improve their skills and grow their careers

  • Ensure priorities are understood and well communicated

  • Monitor and manage key control processes like release processes, quality and security to ensure risk is appropriately controlled

  • Work with leaders and other divisions across the organization who have an interest in the team’s outcomes (including Audit, Risk, Business Continuity, DEI, and others)

  • Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • In-depth understanding of risk controls

  • Record of success using Agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management

  • Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
