What you’ll do:
- Enable teams that are changing mindsets within FCC to embed design thinking and user research to develop strategy
- Champion and coach the team and leaders by demonstrating the value of empathy and experimentation
- Enable and reinforce customer-centrcity for the experiences and solutions FCC offers

- Strong communicator that is curious and open to act as a change agent
- Passion to help FCC remain relevant tocustomers and employees using human-centered design and user research
- A change leader and catalyst who establishes relationships and demonstrates the value of change
- A high level of empathy
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial experience and at least eight to ten years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
