How you’ll make an impact

Join our Agile development team as a Developer, where you’ll help design, develop, test and deploy high quality code for our marketing technology and digital platforms. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions and collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business partners in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze and develop new code, including automation, integration and unit tests
  • Implement code fixes and support user testing
  • Build and execute automation tests
  • Ensure technical solutions are developed and maintained efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to break down requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work with both legacy systems and new application development, supporting our customer-facing portals

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
  • Minimum two to four years of hands‑on software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to write, test, and maintain high‑quality production code with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
  • Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Experience implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines
  • Proven experience building RESTful APIs using Java
  • Working knowledge of one or more modern frameworks or technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or Django
  • Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment, including collaboration with cross‑functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with web and API authentication and authorization
  • Proficiency in using GIT for version control
  • Experience in creating web services and APIs
  • Work experience in financial services, lending or agriculture industries
