Dietary Aide

• Assist in the preparation and portioning of meals according to standardized recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals to residents while maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure that residents' dietary restrictions and preferences are followed accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and food service equipment.
• Set up dining areas, including tables and trays, in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist residents with feeding as needed, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Record meal service details, such as resident intake and any special dietary notes.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety regulations at all times.
• Report any resident concerns or dietary issues to the appropriate staff.
• Support the dietary team with inventory management and ordering supplies as directed.
