Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Supervisor is responsible for client satisfaction and operational excellence within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients in your region.
- Plan and coordinate regular and special cleaning projects (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Manage priorities, client requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections and prepare related reports.
- Manage inventory of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring availability and good condition.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and assist in incident investigations.
- Contribute to the preparation of the operational budget and help control and reduce costs.
