Description
Our client, a distributor of recreational vehicles and accessories, is looking for a technical advisor for their service center located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Salary between $17 and $30
Schedule: Monday to Friday 80% of the time, Thursday evenings and Saturdays as needed (approximately once a month)
Main duties
- Greet customers to make appointments or pick up their new or used vehicles
- Note the checks and repairs requested by customers
- Make appointments based on the work and repairs to be done
- Create work orders, follow up with customers on the work, and close work orders
- Explain to customers the work we have done on their vehicles and the items that will need to be replaced in the future
- Estimate the work to be done and the expected time and notify customers before costs are exceeded.
- Bill customers and explain the invoice to them
- Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the parts they need during the work to adjust inventory
- Occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods
