Description
Your detailed duties will be as follows:
-Answer customers and advise them on their parts needs (phone, email and counter);
-Prepare quotations based on customer needs;
-Update customer information in the sales management system;
-Prepare and follow up orders;
-Resolve problems related to deliveries or products (delays, order errors, etc.);
-Supply mechanics with parts and accessories;
-Any other related tasks.
-Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours/week)
-Salary: starting at $22/hour, depending on experience
