Our client, a municipal organization, is seeking a candidate for a 2-month assignment as a Customer Experience Service Agent (2-month contract).
Work location: Montreal
Salary: $25.87
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 35 hours per week
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers or visitors, respond to inquiries, and, if necessary, notify the appropriate person of a visitor’s arrival;
- Handling cash, receiving Interac transfers to provide service to internal clients, processing mail
-Collect any complaints made against the organization and refer them to the designated person in charge;
-Forward calls to the appropriate individuals and take messages, as needed;
-Ensure that general information documents are kept up to date to support reception staff in their daily tasks;
-Perform tasks related to receiving, sorting, distributing, preparing, and sending mail;
-Receive and process all inquiries regarding housing rentals and lease management, including information on rent increases and requests for housing services and repairs, and refer clients to other organizations as needed. all with the aim of maximizing the number of calls handled, minimizing the number of staff involved, and increasing the speed and efficiency of customer service;
-Receive rent payments made at the front desk;
-Collect, verify, and compile various statistical data specific to your sector;
-Update information on the Company’s internal and external digital platforms;
-Handle the logistical preparation for customer reception activities;
-As needed, participate in team meetings or other gatherings;
-Perform any related or similar tasks as requested by their supervisor.
