Description
Reporting to the immediate superior, the incumbent will coordinate kitchen-related activities.
In detail, your tasks will be as follows:
-Participate in the determination of menus and the procurement of foodstuffs, taking into account the tastes of our clientele;
-Prepare meals (cook and season food, observe and check cooking, develop and modify recipes as required);
-Maintain recipe file;
-Verify that merchandise received corresponds to the purchase order and store it in the appropriate location;
-Take physical inventory of merchandise;
-Wash floors and walls around cooking appliances;
-Keep equipment clean and in good working order according to hygiene rules;
-Report any malfunctions to supervisor.
-Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m./Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
-Temporary mandate of approximately 3 months with possibility of extension.
