You’re the ideal candidate for this position if you recognize yourself in the following:

You have the necessary training for the role:

  • You hold a DES or have equivalent experience, combined with forklift operator training and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in customer service and store management, a major asset for this position.
  • Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is a significant advantage for providing effective customer advice.

You possess the essential technical skills: You’re proficient in ERP systems-ideally SYSPRO-and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

You demonstrate: You demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills in your day-to-day work.

  • You’ll need to be vigilant, as mistakes could lead to financial losses or the loss of a customer, making your role all the more important.
  • You’ll develop your leadership skills by maintaining good relationships with representatives and customers, while supporting your team on a daily basis.
  • You’ll work under a supervisory style focused on guidance and support, allowing you to work independently while receiving assistance when needed.
  • You’ll communicate with various internal departments as well as with customers, which will strengthen your overall understanding of operations.
