You have the necessary training for the role:
- You hold a DES or have equivalent experience, combined with forklift operator training and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have experience in customer service and store management, a major asset for this position.
- Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is a significant advantage for providing effective customer advice.
You possess the essential technical skills: You’re proficient in ERP systems-ideally SYSPRO-and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
You demonstrate: You demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills in your day-to-day work.

- You’ll work under a supervisory style focused on guidance and support, allowing you to work independently while receiving assistance when needed.
- You’ll communicate with various internal departments as well as with customers, which will strengthen your overall understanding of operations.
