This is a non-union positionAs the Management of Change (MOC) Program is a key component of Liquids Pipelines (LP) Integrated Management System Process Safety Management, this role will be responsible for coordinating the review, development, update, and maintenance of the LP MOC Process and Tool.
In this role, you will facilitate technical support related to technology and facility changes across Liquid Pipelines. Maintaining and enhancing the current LP MOC processes and maturity of the programs.

What Will You Do:
Lead the MOC Network, partners, and management through the LP MOC Process and Maximo Tool.
Establish and maintain MOC processes, procedures, and tools to align with the requirements of the Liquid Pipelines Integrated Management System Document (IMSD).
Steer the development and implementation of quality control aspects for the MOC process.
Develop, maintain, and track Key Performance Indicators metrics to analyze the MOC system health.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external Liquid Pipelines partners.
Who You Are:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or a Technologist diploma in engineering from an accredited Technical Institute.
Professional Engineering designation with APEGA or a CET/P Tech designation with ASET is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive technical engineering experience working with process Safety Management / Management of Change or equivalent experience working in Operations engineering or Project Management.
Functional understanding of facility/pipeline partners is an asset.
Ability to change/develop/plan new strategies in a dynamic environment to achieve desired goals.
Effective communication skills both verbally and in written form.
Working Conditions:
Office based role.
10% of travel to other Enbridge office and field locations in Canada and the US. A valid passport is required.
