In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and optimize the movement of oil through Enbridge's pipeline and storage network, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service for customers across North America. You will work closely with customers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to balance system capabilities, customer commitments, and operational requirements while solving complex scheduling challenges.

  • This is a temporary, full-time role for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain daily and short-term schedules for crude oil movements across Enbridge's pipeline and storage systems.

  • Monitor system conditions, storage levels, maintenance activities, operating constraints, and customer commitments to ensure safe and reliable operations.

  • Coordinate with Control Centre Operations, Field Operations, Petroleum Quality, Power Optimization, customers, and other schedulers to resolve issues and keep product movements on track.

  • Prepare and communicate daily operating instructions, schedule updates, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analyze scheduling scenarios, assess operational feasibility, and support commercial initiatives, optimization opportunities, and business development projects.

  • Negotiate practical solutions to customer requests and scheduling conflicts while maintaining compliance with contracts, regulations, and operating requirements.

Who You Are:

  • University degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.

  • 2+ years of related experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation, energy operations, or a comparable field.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess competing priorities and make sound decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet challenging deadlines.

  • Experience with pipeline scheduling, energy transportation, logistics coordination, or related operational planning processes is considered an asset.
