An Advisor Learning Development is accountable for project work, including but not limited to: video development and production for training instructional design, graphic design, the use of technologies for learning and best practice research & recommendations.

What You Will Do:
Primarily responsible for the creation and editing and final production of new video Technical Training learning content.
Responsible for the instructional design of video and its use within other Technical Training learning content and courses.
Using supplied video, audio, drone and photography equipment to create video training content.
Research best practices and implement new methods to augment learning and increase learner satisfaction.
Conduct needs assessments, create storyboard and incorporate evaluation information to increase the effectiveness of training courses and videos.
Update and revise existing video content.
Creation of learning aids and communications.
Collaborate with subject matter advisors, internal clients and external parties to develop instructional elements of video content.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for subject matter advisors and field/office trainers.
Responsible for adherence to materials management system, publishing, versioning and controls of video content.
Who You Are:
Related university degree in Instructional Design, and/or Adult Learning, and/or Education/Training and four‐plus (4+) years’ experience OR six‐plus (6+) years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Strong background and sound knowledge of instructional design principles and their application at a workplace environment.
A strong background in video creation and editing utilizing Final Cut Pro (preference), Premiere Pro or equivalent is required.
Experience in conducting needs assessments, identifying training/performance gaps, and designing effective learning solutions/tools for clients.
Experience and strong knowledge in a variety of supporting applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion, After Effects, and others.
Experience in audio narration recording and editing.
A focus on creating technical video learning content for both field and office employees.
Strong project management skills and networking abilities.
Ability to research and implement new and improved training tools, video equipment and/or products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels.
Able to establish credibility and develop good rapport with internal clients and external parties.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
