Description
Edmonton Catholic Schools is accepting new graduate applications for the 2025/2026 school year. Applications are accepted and interviews are conducted for teaching positions throughout the calendar year. All successful candidates will be hired to the 2025/2026 Teacher Replacement Roster. Once hired, successful candidates will have the opportunity to apply for internal contact opportunities or be placed directly into a contract position that is aligned with their credentials, based on the needs of the division.
Edmonton Catholic Schools requires all teachers (substitutes and contract teachers) to be Catholic unless specialized in the following areas:
- Career and Technology Studies (CTS) and Career and Technology Foundations (CTF)
- Lived Indigenous Experiences
- Languages (Cree, French, Spanish, and Ukrainian)
- Music (Elementary and Secondary)
Interested candidates that are on course to obtain a Bachelor of Education Degree and an Alberta Teaching Certificate are encouraged to apply. The following application documents are required:
