Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project execution from conception to completion
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to agreements
  • Prepare and manage construction project budget forecasts
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor project execution schedules
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure continuous improvement and successful program delivery

  • Organized with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong leadership skills, good team spirit, and a collaborative attitude
  • Professional and resourceful

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture or engineering
  • Good understanding of plans and specifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Fully bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of construction standards and laws
  • PMP and LEED accreditation considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
