Job Posting: Third Party Site Coordinator
Are YOU our next Third Party Site Coordinator?
Join CannAmm’s Collection Services Team and play an important role in supporting our network of third-party collection sites. As a Third Party Site Coordinator, you will help ensure our site information, services, pricing, hours, contacts, certifications, and required documentation remain current and accurate.
In this role, you will work closely with third-party collection sites, site owners, clients, and internal teams. You will help establish new collection sites, maintain strong relationships with existing sites, respond to questions, and troubleshoot collection, resulting, and service issues.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative, attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong relationship-building skills are valued. Your work will help ensure our clients have access to reliable occupational testing services across CannAmm’s collection site network.

How YOU will make a difference:
- Support the set-up of new third-party collection sites, including locating potential sites, negotiating pricing, verifying agreements and collector certifications, and entering new site information.
- Maintain accurate information for existing collection sites, including services, pricing, hours, contacts, certifications, insurance, and WCB coverage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with third-party collection sites, site owners, clients, and other external partners.
- Respond to requests for information about available collection sites, services, and geographic coverage.
- Create, edit, and remove collection site templates as required.
- Support correspondence with collection sites, including questionnaires, CannAmm information, and updates to processes or requirements.
- Provide collection sites with clear information about CannAmm collection protocols.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external clients to answer questions and support service delivery.
- Troubleshoot collection, resulting, and other service issues in partnership with internal teams and collection sites.
- Assist with collection site supply orders.
- Collaborate with Booking, Resulting, Collections, Sales, Client Care, and Finance to solve problems and keep information current.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all company, client, and collection site information.
- Bring ideas and initiative to help us improve our processes and strengthen our collection site network.
What YOU bring to the role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary courses are considered an asset.
- Experience with drug and alcohol collections is considered an asset.
- Willingness to obtain certification in urine collection, point-of-care testing, oral fluid testing, and breath alcohol testing.
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CanTrak and Site Scheduler is considered an asset.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and support local projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional manner.
- A supportive team approach and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- A high level of discretion when managing records and communicating confidential information.
Working Conditions:
- Remote office work environment, with the ability to attend meetings in person when necessary.
