As Marketing Manager (Growth), you lead the development and execution of data-driven, growth-oriented marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments, aligned with Dynacare’s business goals and brand vision. You will emphasize digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong focus on leveraging automation to improve efficiency and maximize ROI. By applying customer insights, you create integrated, targeted campaigns that deliver measurable results and drive innovation across all channels, ensuring that our marketing initiatives have a lasting and impactful reach.

How YOU will make a difference:
  • Strategically lead, manage, and execute portions of B2B and B2C marketing plans for business lines, driving growth, optimizing ROI, and ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with sub-brand and business unit leaders to drive the digital marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven analytics to automate sales funnels, identify growth opportunities, and implement agile go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, SEO optimization, and content marketing, to expand market share, increase brand awareness, and reinforce Dynacare’s visual identity and brand voice.
  • Leverage customer insights, journey mapping, and feedback to optimize the digital customer experience, ensuring consistent brand representation and continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, e-commerce platforms) through website analytics, data analysis, and strategic budget management to maximize performance and accelerate growth.
  • Focus on e-commerce growth through digital tools and CMS, ensuring website content is optimized and PPC campaigns are fine-tuned for maximum ROI.
  • Develop high-impact conference strategies that enhance Dynacare’s presence and drive ROI through increased visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with external partners, including advertising agencies, printers, and copywriters, to ensure the delivery of on-brand marketing materials that meet business objectives.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with growth targets and optimal resource allocation.
What YOU bring to the role:
  • Knowledge, educational requirements and relative experience required to perform the job
  • University Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • 6+ years experience in a growth marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing role
  • Strategic marketing experience identifying marketing opportunities, building B2B and B2C marketing plans and executing successful integrated campaigns from start to finish, while upholding brand standards
  • Demonstrated digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, automation, website management, PPC, funnel-creation and creative direction experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian health and wellness market is an asset, as is experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Strategic, analytical thinking as to market and customer requirements and best practices
  • Digital marketing expertise a must (Google ads, Facebook ads, CRM), e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe products a plus
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills to succeed within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and lead marketing and cross functional meetings and brainstorming sessions
