Are YOU our next Director of Marketing?
The Director, Marketing is responsible for leading Dynacare’s enterprise-wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all business units to drive growth, enhance product positioning, grow business, and maintain a consistent, high-impact brand standard and customer experience. This position manages the Marketing department, also ensuring standardized tools, processes, and messaging are leveraged to maximize marketing effectiveness at all touchpoints.

How YOU will make a difference:
  • Develop and execute Dynacare’s enterprise-wide marketing strategy, ensuring full alignment with corporate goals across all business units to drive sustainable growth, market share expansion, and a consistently exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead the strategic development and evolution of Dynacare’s brand, serving as the organization’s brand steward by defining, managing, and reinforcing the brand identity, architecture, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints and sub-brands.
  • Develop branding and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business lines, ensuring strong market positioning, differentiated value propositions, and seamless integration with the broader Dynacare brand.
  • Oversee the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of Dynacare’s digital presence, including the corporate website and other digital platforms, to ensure a best-in-class user experience, lead generation performance, and alignment with evolving customer expectations.
  • Establish and implement enterprise-wide marketing processes and tools, including campaign planning frameworks, brand governance protocols, and performance tracking systems, to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, build, and manage high-impact internal and external marketing resources, including agency partners, freelancers, and technology providers, to support the dynamic needs of the business and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and business unit leaders to design integrated marketing plans that support specific business objectives, revenue targets, and strategic priorities across geography, service line, and customer segment.
  • Drive insights-based decision-making by overseeing the design and execution of market research and voice-of-customer programs; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and share findings across the organization.
  • Lead marketing financial planning, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis, to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable business impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Shape and influence go-to-market strategies, including pricing input, market prioritization, channel strategy, promotional planning, and launch execution for both existing and new offerings.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
What YOU bring to the role:
  • MBA or similar
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in leadership-level marketing and customer experience roles
  • A solid knowledge of the medical diagnostic laboratory and pharmaceutical industries
