We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Leader to join our organization and play a critical role in shaping and driving our financial strategy. This position is responsible for leading core financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior business leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep financial acumen, and the ability to partner with key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and support long-term business objectives.

How YOU will make a difference:
  • Lead annual budgeting process, across multiple divisions and entities; development and maintenance of key financial models
  • Management of forecasting deliverables to local stakeholders, as well as parent company requirements
  • Support operations and Executive team in development of strategic operating plans
  • Proactive business partner to VPs, Directors and line managers to ensure financial commitments are met
  • Development of financial reporting and tracking tools, supporting KPIs of various departments
  • Accountable for coordination and control of capital expenditures, and month end closing support
  • Co-ordination of monthly and weekly operating reviews
  • Drive a continuous improvement and customer centric culture; collaboration across multiple departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies that maintain and improve employee relations and that engage and empower employees to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure an understanding of Dynacare corporate business plan and help implement ongoing effective positioning and integration of financial opportunities throughout Operations in order to create and sustain organizational success
  • Provide managerial leadership and direction for a capable team of 3 direct reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet Customer Service and Dynacare performance requirements including the highest quality managerial leadership practices
What YOU bring to the role:
  • Knowledge of Health Care System and funding in all jurisdictions in which Dynacare operates
  • Degree in Business (MBA preferred)
  • CMA/CGA/CA
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
  • Technical and social process skills required to perform the job
  • Comfortable with Lean Six Sigma concepts
  • Strong financial skills
  • High proficiency in MS-Excel and strong data analytical skills
  • Experience working with financial systems
  • Proficiency in AS400
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Strong change management and communication skills
  • Proven managerial/directorial leadership at a senior level
  • Result-oriented with strong bias for action
