Start date: As soon as possible

Status: Permanent full time

Schedule: 14/14 day and night rotation – room and board at mine site

Workplace: Detour Lake Mine - Agnico Eagle located in northern Ontario

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate a loader to carry out factory feeding or piling work.
  • Be comfortable working with a loader scale.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the crushing plant.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Keep your equipment clean and tidy.
  • Have a great concern to carry out the work according to the company's standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2000 hours as a loader operator
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work on construction sites and be exposed to bad weather
  • Knowledge of the French language – an asset
  • Be autonomous, alert, responsible and have a good team spirit
