Start Date : As soon as possible

Schedule : 14/14 rotation - day and night shifts

Work Location : Mining site in Northeastern Ontario

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prioritize health and safety in all crushing plant activities.
  • Operate an excavator to perform plant feeding operations, ensuring precise and efficient equipment handling.
  • Ensure proper equipment performance by conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition, contributing to site safety and equipment longevity.
  • Perform work according to the company’s high standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of experience as an excavator operator
  • Completed Common Core training
  • Professional diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work on job sites and in various weather conditions
  • English language knowledge - an asset
  • Self-motivated, alert, responsible, and a strong team player
