Sous l’autorité du directeur général , le/la superviseur(e) de la restauration participe à la gestion quotidienne des opérations du service de la restauration, incluant le bistro O’Birdie, la cantine et les évènements banquets afin d’assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle et de maintenir les standards de qualité, de service et de rentabilité établis par l’établissement. Il/Elle assure la coordination et la supervision du personnel de service, veille à l’efficacité des opérations et soutient la direction dans la gestion des ressources humaines et matérielles du département.
