We are looking for an estimator/project manager for our growing commercial woodworking division

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Estimation
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for millwork projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.

2.Vendor Negotiation:
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best materials and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

3. Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects remain financially viable.

4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams, including architects, designers, and construction crews, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requested skills

Requirements and working conditions

Experience in commercial woodworking
Experience in cost estimating
Skilled in plan reading
Very good knowledge of materials related to the field
Demonstrate diligence and punctuality.
Knowledge of Millwork fabrication is a plus
