About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Millwork Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC machinery for custom architectural millwork production. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, precision machining, and CAD/CAM software.
Monday To Friday
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC routers and related equipment for millwork production
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Ensure high-quality output by performing inspections and measurements
- Maintain tools and equipment, and perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery
- Work collaboratively with design and production teams to optimize workflow and output
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC routers in a millwork or woodworking environment
- Proficient with CNC software such as AutoCAD, Mastercam, or similar
- Familiarity with woodworking materials (MDF, plywood, hardwoods, laminates)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
